1. Memberships & Billing
- Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan you select.
- Payments are processed through secure providers.
- Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
2. Services Included
- Memberships provide access to scheduled home maintenance, yard care, seasonal upkeep, and repair support as described in your plan.
- Services may vary by tier and location.
- Additional services not covered by your plan may be available at an extra cost, quoted in advance.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel at any time by contacting us.
- If you cancel before the end of a paid period, services will continue until the period ends. Refunds are not provided for unused time unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel memberships for non-payment or misuse of services.
4. Scheduling & Availability
- We make every effort to deliver services on schedule. Severe weather or emergencies may affect timing.
- If we must reschedule, we will notify you promptly.
5. Liability
- Our team provides home maintenance and repair services with care and professionalism.
- The Good Son is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions in the home, or by misuse or neglect outside our services.
- We are not responsible for medical, transportation, or emergency care.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” updated above.
